Grievance and HR Investigation

BAR Investigations have investigators experienced in disciplinary, misconduct and grievance procedures. This involves the interviewing of staff, collection and review of CCTV footage, cross-referencing of industry legislation and policies and most importantly, the implementation of the law both from the employer and the employee.

 

This experience has been gained from working within this field for large organisations such as the NHS and various other small, independant organisations.

 

We can act on behalf of the employer, the employee or as an independant mediator to either conduct the investigation or review evidence and procedure to ensure compliance.

 

Law and legislation is often a minefield but at BAR Investigations we have in-depth knowledge and understanding of the laws that affect you, such as the Equality Act 2010 and the Human Rights Act 1998 (including the European Convention of Human Rights).

 

Our investigators will review and reference organisational policy, specific to your business, to ensure a full and relevant investigation. Prices start from £35 per hour, based on a minimum of 4 hours.
